With 10% of the profit of every coffee sold directed at getting a Veteran a Golden Retriever, we believe that a furry friend will help provide comfort for soldiers as they navigate the challenges of converting military leadership skills and talents into a life of purpose as a civilian.

Imagine if there was a coffee shop on the street corner that not only had a good cup of coffee for you on your way to work, but also had a group of individuals serving your coffee who have dedicated their lives to being ready to listen and to encourage you on your path to find purpose. Our Vision is to work as cultural architects who help to construct a social environment that fosters the idea that every person on this planet has a unique purpose. In philosophy we call this, a Telos. We seek to do this by being a platform that points to good resources to help you on your journey.

Catalysts: Our focus is not to try and convince people to take initiative in their lives but to focus on those individuals who are already searching for how to fine tune their purpose.

First and foremost, we want you to take courage, and to seek purpose in your own life. We can only give what we already have. Now is the time to start.

Secondly, there is a group of amazing leaders who could very much benefit from our help and support. We are talking about our U.S. Army Veterans. Often times these leaders have spent decades cultivating a craft, building up teams of successful leaders, and managing missions at the same scale as some large sized businesses.

Lastly, it is all too common that Veterans are killing themselves or staying in the Army despite their desire to leave, because they can't seem to find a way to convert their skills to civilian life.
